I heard great things about High Country. We called and set up an appointment for John Wayne to come out to look at some trees we wanted cut. After several delays in his arrival time, he showed up and was pleasant and informative. He said that he would have an estimate to us by that evening or the next morning. Neither happened. Two days later, I called the office and was told that they would have him call me either that afternoon or the "first thing in the morning". Neither happened.It's now been almost seven weeks and they still haven't called. Needless to say, we took our business elsewhere.

I’ve had three different tree services work on our property in the last three years. This is the first one I will invite back. Professional, timely, knowledgeable. They’ve done a great job clearing deadwood from a huge oak. Cleaned up all their mess. Followed my requests to a tee. They’ll be back in the fall to treat our hemlocks and fertilize them and the oak. I couldn’t be happier!
