Becca and her crew couldn’t have done a better job! Very professional from start to finish; they began the project and finished as planned with respect to timing,, but went above-and-beyond by getting in some extra limb work that hadn’t been identified at the onset. The arborists even cut and stacked wood for me before chipping it; another nice touch. In all, this was a great experience.
The crew was very professional taking down a big old oak tree in our yard safely and hauled much of it away. The tree stood next to an outbuilding, so I'm happy with the way they brought it down. I would give 5 stars except we requested that the remaining logs be cut down to 16-18 inches to fit in the log splitter. Unfortunately, underneath the cut logs was a significant number of large heavy logs uncut. Now I have to cut them down in order to split them. I'm quite unhappy about that considering we paid over 4k to get this tree cut.
Bartlett recently did some major tree trimming in my front yard. I had spoken to Zak in advance about the specifics of what I wanted done and he arranged for a crew to come out on a date that I was going to be home. When they arrived, Mikey reviewed Zak's notes with me before they started trimming, to ensure that we were on the same page. He also introduced me to Dylan and Josiah. They were all very professional, did exactly what Zak and I had discussed, and thoroughly cleaned up everything afterwards. I'm very happy with the work that Bartlett has done for me and the professionalism of their crews. Highly recommend!
