Located in Charlotte, NC, The Head Spa Sanctuary is a Japanese-inspired, Yume-certified day spa offering a variety of treatments. One of the most peaceful spas, everything is soooo intentional. Guests feel like a royal princess, not having to lift a finger. The Mother's Day package was one of the best experiences, super special to share. Incredible prenatal experiences are highly recommended for expecting guests in need of serious relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. A prenatal foot soak is pure bliss, soothing and thoughtfully done. A prenatal massage is next level, with hands that are literal magic. Every ache and tension melts away. Celebrating a friend's 40th birthday, guests enjoyed the head spa and relaxing in the relaxation room afterwards. The service was phenomenal. A 75-minute prenatal massage was the best treatment, detailed and thoughtful. A Sanctuary facial was MAGICAL, with skin looking amazing. All staff are kind and helpful. Guests leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already counting down to the next visit.
My boyfriend and I had a date weekend planned and we decided to check out the spa. Hear me when I say, the entire experience from start to finish was amazing. I believe we booked the Ethereal suite (room for 2). I got the Sanctuary Dermaplane Facial and he got the Pure Relaxation massage. Caitlyn was so amazing, OMG! I fell asleep during my facial (snoringggg) lol. She was so gentle, informative, and very kind. Theresa did an excellent job with my boyfriend’s massage as well. She gave him his first massage, so I was grateful that he had such a great experience. This is the perfect place to relax and decompress. Absolutely amazing experience, from the aesthetic to the customer service to the smell. I walked out feeling like a brand new woman . It’s something you see in a movie . If you need a reset this is your place ! Can’t wait to go back again 💕
I recently visited w my best friend and our experience was amazing! What a beautiful place w the most attentive service! I had a massage w Kahilea. She was outstanding and super sweet! We will definitely be back soon!!
