Located in Charlotte, NC, The Head Spa Sanctuary is a Japanese-inspired, Yume-certified day spa offering a variety of treatments. One of the most peaceful spas, everything is soooo intentional. Guests feel like a royal princess, not having to lift a finger. The Mother's Day package was one of the best experiences, super special to share. Incredible prenatal experiences are highly recommended for expecting guests in need of serious relaxation. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming. A prenatal foot soak is pure bliss, soothing and thoughtfully done. A prenatal massage is next level, with hands that are literal magic. Every ache and tension melts away. Celebrating a friend's 40th birthday, guests enjoyed the head spa and relaxing in the relaxation room afterwards. The service was phenomenal. A 75-minute prenatal massage was the best treatment, detailed and thoughtful. A Sanctuary facial was MAGICAL, with skin looking amazing. All staff are kind and helpful. Guests leave feeling relaxed, refreshed, and already counting down to the next visit.
This is one of the most peaceful spas I have ever stepped foot into. Everything is soooo intentional. I feel like this must be what it feels like to be a royal princess, I mean I don't have to lift a finger when I go into the Head Spa. I got the Mother's Day package as a gift for my mom and I and it was one of the best experiences we have ever had and we got to share it with each other so that was super special. We will be back!
I had the most incredible prenatal experience at Head Spa Sanctuary and I cannot recommend it enough—especially if you’re expecting and in need of some serious relaxation.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and exactly what every pregnant mama dreams of. I started with the prenatal foot soak, which was pure bliss—so soothing and thoughtfully done. Then came the prenatal massage, and WOW… truly next level.

I had a 75-minute prenatal massage with Kahilea, and it was hands down the best treatment I’ve experienced yet. Kahilea was kind, clearly very experienced, and the treatment was detailed and thoughtful. I cannot recommend enough!
