I've been using The Cleaning Authority - South Charlotte for one year now and have been very pleased with our cleanings. I wanted to give a shout out to Marta and Elva who came by today and did a fantastic job. They (when cleaning under the couch seat cushions) found an earring that had been missing for awhile. This company works on a rotation system and this wasn't even the rotation week that includes that in-depth service on the couch. But they must have checked and saw it needed vacuuming anyway. Much appreciated ladies! Great job and always the nicest and best are sent out by the company.
The thing that separates this company from the rest is the people. Ownership has done great job at hiring staff who are fantastic at their job and are very personable. I trust them to clean when I’m gone and they love our cats! If there is any troubleshooting, the staff are very open to receiving it and work to fix it immediately.

Of all the team of cleaner that have come to my home Ana and Leyda have been the best! This is the second time they have come and I really wish they could come each time. They are so thorough and my home smells so fresh and clean when they leave. The teams composed of younger workers are okay but I've noticed that some spaces are not as clean or tidy ( especially bathrooms) as when Ana and Leyda finish. These ladies are rock stars!!
