At first it seemed that they were doing a good job the tech even said it is cooling than 6 hours later it was still warm i put a themometor inside and never change called service center they said it would be a week till someone could come back i think they should have contacted the tech an had him come back that day.Service: Refrigerator repair

It tookvery little time to schedulae an appointment on-line. The service tech was on time, quickly identified the problem, and repaired it. This was my second experience with Sears Appliance Repair and they were both excellent.Service: Washing machine repair
