Very efficient system. Always contacts customer every 3 months, I don’t have to keep track and chase them down. Text messages ahead of time to inform they are coming. Happy with their service.
Excellent , courteous, efficient service. I love that their products work and I don’t have bugs in my house. I specifically love our technician, Tyler, who always is friendly and gives me a heads up before he heads over. Very respectful and thorough. I think their price/service offering is the best deal in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. We’ll be sticking with Home Team Pest Defense.
Courteous employees that provide great pest control at a fair price. I use auto-pay; and if I am out of town on the day they are scheduled to come, they treat my exterior and leave a detailed statement of what they did. What could be easier than that?
