I wasn't aware of the appointment policy, however, was advised to come back in a few. I did a lil shopping, ate, and once I got my hot white chocolate from Starbucks, I was offered seating. Reasonable pricing, clean, spacious, amazing music, good looking barbers, great age range in clients. I've been coming to this particular location for 4 years, and everytime I've come out looking so much younger and better! I appreciate the young man that took me as a walk-in! Keep up the amazing work!

Quick service. Several barber's;all appear professional. Hot towels for the shave. $$ but worth the cost. O'Brian Griffith is the man, always on point with the blade. He stay booked so make an appointment, however, they do accept walk-ins. Located in Carolina Place Mall on the 2nd floor close to Belk. Comfortable waiting area. TV'S in every direction. Barbershop blues occurs everyday. Come join the groove. Black White Mexican Asian African doesn't matter, they cut it ALL!

I went to this hair shop last Saturday for the first time. As I walked in I was acknowledged. I realized that it was prior to their 10am opening time but everyone was with clients in their seats. There were several other people waiting as well. I took a seat watched some tv. Think I waited 30-35 minutes. I was in no rush since it was early I was a walk-in. Everyone else appears to have arrived early or were appointments. Ronnie came over and said he was available. We chatted for an hour while he cut my hair. He was meticulous, professional and still personable. I am coming back in another two weeks. Think I found a new haircut shop.
