“I wish I could give It’s Electric 6 stars ⭐️ for their stellar service! I was house sitting for my parents who were out of town. When I arrived, late at night after driving from Louisiana, I found that the electricity was completely out at their home but all neighbors still had power. After calling several local electricians in the morning (and never getting calls back!) I found It’s Electric and spoke to a very polite man who took all my info. The owner, Brent, called me back almost immediately and said he’d come out first thing since we had no power at all in the peak of summer heat. He followed through, assessed the problem and quickly identified what needed to be fixed. I was giving my dad (who is an electrical engineer) a play by play via text and he verified that everything Brent said regarding the old/original panel was correct. Brent was honest and took the time to hunt down the part we needed-hard to find compatible parts nowadays for 45 year old panels that aren’t made anymore! We were so impressed. He also had a young intern working with him, teaching him the trade. That young man was impressive as well. We’ve told all of our friends and family in the Charlotte area about him. “Ryan got us up an running after the storm from Ian took down a tree which ripped our panel almost completely off the side of our house. We had his number as Orkin had contracted him for some electrical work on our house earlier this year and he left us his card since we were new to the area and home ownership.To make a long story short, we will be calling Ryan for any future need that requires an electrician.
