Affordable Quality Flooring Installation

I do not recommend this company for your flooring or general contracting needs and will never work with them or anyone affiliated with again. This company is not even licensed in North Carolina and the work they did was terrible. My shower was left completely exposed and they did not install the valve system properly which caused a major leak from the faucet. They did not finish the job on time as promised, and were very unprofessional in handling the billing process (I had to spend 2-3 hours calculating everything at the end myself due to missing receipts. They tried to overcharge me by $3,500). The owner Marcus Ruth admitted out of his own mouth that his subcontractors are a bunch of substance abusers who skip work and often show up late. The work they did was very poor and I am having to pay someone to fix what they were paid to do. It clearly states in my contract that the shower was supposed to be completed. I told him several times that I had still had issues with the work not being finished, but he completely ignored me. They also damaged my vanity and left the flooring under it exposed as well as the stairs subfloor exposed. This is just the beginning of the avenues that I’m going to take to get the word out about my terrible experience with this company and seek retribution. Take it from me. Hire a LICENSED contractor with experience and integrity who will follow through with the job and communicate effectively.

Marqius is the best! They were prompt, work diligent and vigorously to complete the hallway/stairs. Advise me on what best product for my living activities in my house. I have many more project for him to complete ... deck, ceiling, bathrooms, etc
