John Lowe is a wonderful salesman. He had a quote to me in less than 24 hours and was very responsive to my questions and clearly had the experience and confidence to address my concerns. I had specific needs and a small time frame. He explored all possibilities and provided excellent alternatives. when needed.

We first used this team to install carpet in the upstairs portion of our house 13 years ago. That carpet held up for over a decade so we went back to them again to replace it. The selection was good, the prices are reasonable, the sales and installation teams did a fantastic job. Installation took 2 days and the team worked hard to keep dust and debris under control in the house. In addition to choosing our carpet, we shopped their large selection of remnants and had them cut a new runner for our hallway. Highly recommend this store.
