Very disappointing experience at ABC Supply Co. Inc. in Pineville. I arrived at 7:30 AM and had to wait until 11:00 AM just to get a dock. After finally getting on the dock, unloading wasn't completed until 1:00 PM. The entire process was extremely slow and inefficient.
The staff were not helpful and came across as rude, with little to no concern for customers or drivers. There was a complete lack of communication and customer service throughout the visit.
I will never return to this facility and would not recommend it to other drivers. If you value your time, be prepared for long delays and poor treatment.

ABC Supply is the best building materials supplier in Charlotte, North Carolina, and the surrounding area.

Their team is exceptional and highly professional.
They are always friendly and helpful. They care about their customers and providing quality service.

Special mention goes to Mr. Matthew Torres and Lindsey and the entire team. Matthew Torres is a blessing, and ABC is very lucky to have him. Keep up the great work! 🙏🏼

This company is amazing. Let’s start with the inside of the building, Mark, Big Will, Chase among others are very nice, friendly and professional. One of my favorite things about them is they go above and beyond and help me with all the crazy questions I ask and they always have a great attitude when they are helping me to answer them. To the outside yard guys Will, Juan, Eben among others as well are very fast, friendly and careful everytime they help me with a load or unloading something off my truck.
