Master Heath is an incredibly experienced, knowledgeable and capable martial artist. He has over 100 black belts in his system after teaching for decades. This master knows how to teach your children, your family and the more serious contenders who want to compete as high up as the Olympics.

Sensei Heath is a good man. That alone is worth acknowledging. But he's also a martial arts master...and best friends with martial arts legend Professor Tony Maynard...there's so much good to be said about the school of hard knox, but what I will concentrate on now is how great of a teacher Master Heath is to both kids, families and to those who seek MMA training. As a martial arts instructor myself, I recommend this school without any reservation.
