Carlton came to our rescue when our HVAC stopped working after a big storm! He was extremely prompt and got it back up and running within 30 minutes of making the phone call after service hours. He was polite and funny and we can't thank him enough!
Our AC went out in our brand new home. The first tech that came out just put freon in the system. And then the AC went out again. This time during a heat advisory. Called and the service manager came out and put freon and dye in the system. Within 3 days. All freon had leaked out. We called and Carlton came out right away to check for the leak. Found it Within 10 minutes. Put in for what it needed. Part was 2 weeks out. I called the home builder and they got the part expedited. 4 days later Carlton showed up to intsall the new part.
