Charming southern flower shop with a lovely matriarch at the helm. We had to plan for a next day funeral and stopped by to arrange a casket spray and accompanied arrangements. Miss Nell has a warm charming accent and was a wonderful walking us through the options. Unfortunately due to the next day need, we had to make some adjustments since she wasn't able to order flowers per the catalog. That being said, the arrangements and substitutions were beautiful.

From out of town and ordered a sympathy arrangement. Nell's delivered the flowers ahead of schedule and figured out which funeral home to send them to as I had provided a church address for the delivery. Great customer service!
