WOW WOW WOW VERY VERY VERY RUDE SERVICE. I JUST CALLED NELL’S FLOWERS AND GIFTS TO PLACE AN ORDER WITH THEM BUT I DID NOT GET TOO FAR BECAUSE OF THE RUDE LADY THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE ON DECEMBER 13, 2024 AT 12:39PM. THE LADY ANSWERED THE PHONE “NELL’S” AND I REPLIED, “GOOD AFTERNOON HOW ARE YOU” AND THE LADY RESPONSE WAS, “NOT GOOD, WHAT ARE YOU SELLING!” I WAS THROWN OFF WITH HER RESPONSE AND SAID, “IS THIS THE FLORIST, WHY WOULD I BE SELLING SOMETHING” SHE THEN RUDELY SAID “WHAT DO YOU WANT!” I TOLD THE LADY, “NOTHING ANYMORE THANKS FOR YOUR UNPROFESSIONALISM” AND I HUNG UP. TO THINK THAT I LIVE IN NJ AND WAS TRYING TO ORDER A SYMPATHY ARRANGEMENT FROM THIS TYPE OF ESTABLISHMENT IS NOT A WIN OVER HERE! DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THIS RUDE ESTABLISHMENT!

If you are looking for an arrangement for any occasion, please come here. You will not be disappointed. The arrangements are beautiful!! Each one our mom has loved them. And they last a lot longer than that online flower company.

Charming southern flower shop with a lovely matriarch at the helm. We had to plan for a next day funeral and stopped by to arrange a casket spray and accompanied arrangements. Miss Nell has a warm charming accent and was a wonderful walking us through the options. Unfortunately due to the next day need, we had to make some adjustments since she wasn't able to order flowers per the catalog. That being said, the arrangements and substitutions were beautiful.

From out of town and ordered a sympathy arrangement. Nell's delivered the flowers ahead of schedule and figured out which funeral home to send them to as I had provided a church address for the delivery. Great customer service!
