One Hour Technician Austin was incredible. He was very Professional and a super nice Guy. He did a fantastic job and ensured any questions I had were answered in detail. I look forward to his next visit and will definitely request him for all of my future visits. One Hour continues to shine when it comes to Customer Service. I couldn't be happier with the way they treat their Customers.
I had a mess my dad trying to fix my air conditioner and he's unhooked everything and everything backwards I was scared to call somebody I called these folks 1 hour heat and air . And my technician came out a female surprised me I didn't know females were in the AC and heat business but I tell you what she did a damn good job she got me running in less than 2 hours Great technician very nice very polite .
It was at least 97° out there she had heavy pants on a heavy shirt and another shirt underneath it I don't know how she did I couldn't do it but she did a fabulous job One hour heating and Air or to be proud to have a technician like this
James, Grayson, and Ethan were fantastic! I was a little skeptical of the whole air duct cleaning process, and whether it should be done or not. But after speaking with the three guys, they ease my mind and made me feel at ease about the process that they explained in detail. They were confident in their work, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, tidy workers, humorous, efficient and I would let them do work on my air conditioning and heating system anytime!
