What an experience with Kool Freeze. Called them at 8am with no AC they had a tech to the house by 8:50am same day and they did an excellent job taking care of the issue. What a Professional company this is. The price was perfect and they were extremely informative let us know exactly what they were doing.
They are our HVAC company from here on!!!

Called for a regular maintenance service call as a new customer, previous company we used no longer services OIB. Was surprised when the lady said they could fit us in same day! Josh, the technician, was super friendly and highly knowledgeable. We've always had issues with one side of the house being cold and the other side being luke warm. He topped off the freon and gave me a couple suggestions. Will definitely be a repeat customer
I would give them 10 stars if I could!!! Our air went out on the hottest week with temperatures almost 100 degrees!We had contacted another company which promised to come the next day! This was on a Wednesday and Thursday they were supposed to come! On Thursday we were told it would be Monday!!!I was told by this company It was not their problem we didnt have air!!!! I immediately contacted Kool Breeze and the lady answered and I told her my problem and she said How can we help you!!!!!
