Fantastic experience. The kind of local business you hope to actually find and hire. Did not get inundated with emails and phone calls and texts and updates and everything else. I called, made an appointment to get an estimate, and when the owner showed up on time, two minutes late according to his watch, he apologized for being late.
After meeting and speaking in person with the him and receiving a very reasonable estimate for the quality product being offered then comparing to other estimates I received from three other companies, I accepted his offer. Great service. Great operations. Company is on top of everything. Had to have our complete system replaced due to age failure. Unit was 23 years old. The whole process with Kool freeze was great. From our original service tech, to working with Donna in the office right up to our installation crew who knocked it out in about 5 hrs. Clean neat quality work.
This was my first maintenance visit and my tech, Nick, was wonderful! He contacted me when running a tad late and his maintenance inspection was incredibly thorough. He also told me things to look for relating to the drain pipe and other things that were very helpful to know. I'm thrilled with my choice of Kool Freeze for my annual maintenance contract, the staff and costs relating to my contact. Thank you
