The team at BTN was spectacular in preparing severe water damage caused by a HVAC company's leak. They weee on time, efficient, thorough. The companies that they used for carpet was the best for high quality and many choices. I would strongly recommend BTN for any renovations or repairs.
Needed major flooring repair/restoration (including sub-floor and joist repair). They did great work at very reasonable price !! Job encountered number of unforeseen problems, which BTN addressed and resolved quickly, without missing a step. They are a one-stop, turn-key operator that makes you glad you went with them. We were very pleased with Back To Normal and Tim Martino, with no family in the area, he assured us he would always be there to answer any questions we had and walked us thru the whole process. Since we had water damage in the kitchen, all our wood floors had to be taken up with scraping and loud machines. The work staff were always checking on us and ready to offer any help they could.
