Have worked with ProSpect three times in six years. Marion is extremely thorough with the inspection as well as explaining everything he finds in easy to understand terms. Marion helped us discover some extensive issues in a house we were under contract for that ultimately led to us terminating the contract and saving us a lot of headache and money. Marion is extremely friendly and personable, it was an excellent experience getting to walk alongside him during the inspection. Would not hesitate to use ProSpect again.
