“Searching for a licensed electrician near me to install an EV charging station, I came across Rick & Co on Oak Island. I called and left a message, and, unlike some other electricians, I got a return call within 2 hrs. An appointment was set, and Rick showed up on time. He thoroughly explained two options for installation and the work involved. I appreciate Rick’s work process: He laid out all the parts, measured and made the conduit cuts before proceeding. He showed me a nice trick for running the conduit through the wall and to the panel. He did nice work, plus he’s a nice guy to talk with. I enjoyed chatting with him about this and that. And, as a sometimes DIYer, I learned things while watching him. I was impressed: He even put a level on the charging station to make sure it was truly level and not just to the eye. And he cleaned up after himself. His price was more than fair for such good work. It came in under my expected budget. I will use Rick again and I recommend him to others. Well done!“

“I called on 9-11-24 they returned my call promptly. I asked how long it would be to have a residential service call. I was told that they could have a tecnician at my house at 8:00a.m. on 9-12-24. I described what the call would be about. At 8:00 a.m. the technician rang the door bell. I greated him and he gave his name. He came in and I identified the probem and what I had already done. He started his systematic search for the problem. In about 45 minutes he identified the problem which required that we replace a ceiling light fixture. While my wife and I went to Lowes to get a new light fixture the Technician addressed the second problem. When we returned from Lowes the Technician and I installed the new light fixture. Then we finished troube shooting the flood light issue. I can't say enough good things about my experience with Robert Prince Electrical Service. Very professional, very polite, very effecient. I feel that I got my monies worth and want hesitate to recomend them to others. I have had some bad experiences with Southport service providers. It was very refreshing to do business with Prince Electrical Services, They showed up on time and did an exceptional job. Thank You“
