“You need to tell potential customers if you are "in" or "out" of network. Called the week prior and asked them if they accepted Delta Dental. The front desk person said that they accepted Delta Dental, but they should have told me that Draper was out of network. Went to my appointment and that is when I was informed about them being out of network and had to pay for my services upfront ($266) and wait for the provider to reimburse me. Communication is key! Train your front desk to ask more questions and not to assume that your clients know if you are in or out of network. We decided to stick with the scheduled appointment because my daughter needed to be seen. Other than the billing issue, the hygienist and the doctor were very nice and very professional.“
