I was looking for a barber who could give me a good cut the first time, especially since I just recently moved to Wilkesboro and needed a barber I could trust. 2nd Street Barber Shop exceeded my expectations. Josh was very skillful and even worked me in right before closing, which I really appreciated. The atmosphere was welcoming, the attention to detail was on point, and I walked out with exactly the cut I wanted. I’ve definitely found my go-to barber. Highly recommend.

It doesn't look like much, just a small 2 seat Barber Shop struck back in the corner lot. Needs paint but you see the picture. What would I change about this shop? NOT ONE SINGLE-SOLITARY THING. Because inside this old building it is Solid Gold. In today's world time has moved past a place like this, you see that's not how fortunes are made: no time to talk, no time to get to know people & their families, just ring that cash register & make my money. I sure am glad time jumped over this shop with the two BEST BARBERS that it's been my good fortune to meet & yes, get the very BEST HAIRCUT than I've had in years. You're always met with a smile & leave with a bigger smile, plus a great haircut at a fair price. So you all go to those salons, me I'll stay right here in this old BARBER SHOP.

Always treated with respect. Great haircut with great neighborly conversation. Nice warm lather with straight razor for a ole school touch. Price was good as well.
