I had Lightning take out a tree on my property. And when it did, it took out a light pole and all the electrical from my house. It actually ripped the meter off the wall. I called Rick’s the next morning and they had somebody out in a couple hours. They had everything fixed in a few hours and had already had it inspected and Duke Power on the way. The bill was very reasonable. And to come on the same day. Because they knew I was in trouble and needed help. If I could give them a 10, I would . Great guys to work with Chris is awesome.
Rick's Electrical Service is amazing. Chris always answered the phone and answered my questions. They are very professional and he was always there no matter what the weather was doing..rain etc. He did an amazing job wiring lights on a 20x40ft pool, a pool pump, ran electricity to a hot tub and to the house which was around 100ft away. He went over and beyond the call of duty. The electricity is even underground!! No ugly wires hanging out. Everyone I dealt with used everyday language instead of over my head. I would recommend Rick's Electrical Services to everyone. They were very well organized!! I will definitely request thier services in the future!
We highly recommend this company. They have been doing work for me for a few years now.. they go away and beyond! It doesn’t matter the job Big or Little.
