The doctor and nurses/staff were all extremely knowledgeable, encouraging, kind, and professional. Having a difficult procedure is not fun, but having positive minded encouraging people surround me certainly made it easier. I truly appreciate Dr. Baker and his staff!!

I have the utmost gratitude for Novant Health. This will be my hospital of choice Everytime I need an emergency visit. From the receptionist upon arriving to the nursing staff and the P. A. The wait time in the waiting room was maybe 20 minutes until I was taken to an exam room. There the nursing staff were all great and informative. They did a lot of testing to rule out some possibilities of what else may have been going on. I was there about 4 hours all together and in the end the choice was mine to make wether I wanted to stay or go home. If you're ever in the need for the best oncology department you can find then this is the place. You will find the front staff cheerful and attentive, the infusion area has been staffed with angels who stay with you through the course of your treatment. The doctors and their nurses are the best around with many more working in the background to get you in a better place. No one has to like cancer but it is very important to like where you are treated for it.
