Jarrett saved my butt today with finding me a bearing for an industrial machine, that none of my distributors had in stock. He directed me to their Charlotte location, which had three of the exact bearing I need, for a different application. Much improvement as of recent in the parts and rental department. In the earlier years of business with them things took unnecessary amounts of time to get done and communication was difficult, but as of late everyone has been very nice, responsive, Timely, and helpful for my business needs. The sales staff is expert and knowledgeable.
