I had a service call with Anytime yesterday. I was very impressed with Fred, their representative. He was professional, polite, and helpful regarding my problem with my Mitsubishi mini split. He got back to me later that day regarding two estimates for a new unit. I found their prices and professionalism to be superior to the company I had used. They don't gouge you for a service call fee to trouble shoot your problem. Their cost of freon was 25% less than the company I had been using. I will be using Anytime from now on and would recommend anyone to get their estimate before hiring anyone in the Hickory area.
Came the next day even though we’re in a heat wave. No diagnostic fee, guys were very personable and gave us different options based on what we could afford. Would definitely use again.
I highly recommend calling Anytime if you have problems with your unit!!! London & Dustin diagnosed the problem with my AC, and got it fixed right away! I'll sleep good tonight with the AC working!! Thanks again guys for the Awesome Job.
