We had Robertson Heating and Cooling install 2 mini splits this summer. Our very old AC went out. I had 12 different heating and cooling places turned me down (due to our attic being very hard to access). When I had Robertson out they talked me through the mini split and we decided to go for it because 1)it provided supplemental heat to our furnace 2) the cost and install were significantly less then a new AC system would be and 3) it addressed the dead zones in our home where a room would stay really cold, etc. Install was great and everyone involved worked really hard to make sure it was aesthetically pleasing as it could be outside and everything was kept clean during... read full review

Had Robertson's Heating & Cooling perform semi-annual HVAC service before summer temps arrived. Their service technician Robert conducted a thorough check of the system and identified low resistance on a couple of capacitors. Had him replace the capacitors as preventative measure since it's a 10 y/o unit installed by Robertson's. My compliments to Robert for his courtesy and professionalism. Michael and his team will treat you right.

Robertson’s Heating and Cooling is the, in my opinion, best HVAC company in Carteret County. Tom has built a great business and his son Michael is managing it with excellence, technical expertise, friendliness and HONESTY. They are my first referral when friends need help.
