The reason I quit going to McDonald’s of Morehead City Parking a car for a single cheeseburger! With no other cars in line except parked ones!!!!
Placed an online order for breakfast at 10:53 AM on a Sunday. Payment taken out of my account at that time. Received an email from McDonald's confirming order, etc. Got to restaurant (Beaufort, NC) and there was a very long line. Waited in line. Told them I was there for a mobile order and gave them the order code. Got to the 1st window, told them I was there for mobile order. Got to 2nd window and the lady said she'd canceled the order because they were serving lunch. Had 3 workers tell me that they couldn't give me anything saying I'd receive a refund. So, I pulled ahead to not disrupt their customer flow and called the Police. Police were told a different story...that...read full review
