I ordered an arrangement online yesterday afternoon (Thanksgiving) for delivery next day since I knew they would be closed on the holiday. The store called me by 8am Friday to clarify an issue with my CC and my friend called me by 9:30 AM Friday to tell me they got the flowers and they were gorgeous! Great customer service and really appreciate the attention to detail and fast delivery

I ordered a bouquet through Teleflora that was filled by this nursery - it turned out beautifully! I also loved that the message with the flowers was handwritten.But what was really notable to me were the efforts the team took to deliver the flowers to the right location. I was sending them to a friend who was on vacation, and the delivery team was having trouble finding which condo she was staying in - they called and patiently waited (over 20 minutes) until we find the right address. I am so grateful!
