Derrick was called because we had a flat tire on our Jeep. He changed the flat with our spare and it looked good to get us to the tire store. A couple blocks down the road the tire went flat. Derrick came back and towed our Jeep to the tire store for us. He went above and beyond. Introduced us to the tire manager and all went well. Awesome guy, personable, a local, all around good guy. If ever we need a tow or vehicle help will definitely only call Derrick Jones! Highly Recommended. Thanks so much Derrick!

Called Derrick on a Sunday morning early because my car had blared an alarm, and showed an oil can on the dash. I lost lots of oil on the ground where I was camping. After discussing the problem, Derrick gave me the phone number of the local O'Reillys to buy 5 quarts of oil and a new oil filter. Derrick picked up my order and brought it all the way out to the forest road where I was camping. He also picked up another different kind of filter since he looked it up and found my car's year used two different filters. He also thought to buy a new oil plug in case mine was damaged. Our car got stuck going up a mountain over the weekend and Derrick absolutely saved our vacation! No one else was willing to come out in the bad weather but he got out to us in 30 minutes. He was so kind and professional, not to mention very reasonably priced especially for the conditions!! I would recommend this company to everyone, we had another couples car get stuck and he came out again the same night. I cannot say enough good things about Derrick and Travelers Towing!!!!!!
