I had a flat tire in Boone that needed a special key to remove the final lug nut which I didn’t have. AAA showed up and couldn’t help. No other tow company even answered their phone except Derrick. He gave me an estimated time of arrival and followed through. Even during a rain storm he was there working on this lug nut and finally got it off. Please don't go anywhere else for your towing needs. This guy's got it all wrapped into one business. He is kind and thoughtful and does just what he says. And he has the best price of anyone around, believe me I checked! When the weather messed up our plans he did it the next day just as he said he would and got it to the dealership for me very quickly. I would highly recommend him and I will never use anyone else. He also answers the phone or text at any time. You can go wrong using him.
