Saved us!!! We were in a real bad position halfway up the mountain. Derick came and helped us. It was already getting late, temp 1 degree. He was beyond kind, got us down the mountain and did not leave us till we figured out our situation. Real professional and kind hearted! Can’t say enough! THANK YOU! You truly saved us! This wont be forgotten and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
Derrick was the best and we couldn't have gotten luckier than to have him assist us. We were driving to an AirBNB and our car slipped backwards on an icy road and into a ditch at 10:30 p.m. on a Sunday night. We called him and he came immediately. He not only got the car out of the ditch in terrible weather conditions, but he showed us how to drive safely down the road. He was incredibly nice and I recommend him to anyone who wants perfect service by a very kind person.
