I needed a new fence for the backyard so I researched local companies. The first had great reviews but their quote was much higher than expected. The next company quoted a very low price (almost half of the first) which made me leery. Then I contacted North State Fence Builders. Their quote was higher than the cheapest but, not by much. Their reviews were also fantastic and they had an A+ rating with the BBB so I chose them. I'm glad I did.
It's a family owned business and they don't contract the work out which seems to be the main cause of bad reviews with other companies. They came out for measurements and told me how they handle installations which made me feel like they knew what they were doing. They also handled the permitting process with the town.
They came out yesterday with 4 workers and, in 7 hours, removed the old fence and installed a beautiful, new 330' fence. I asked for a little extra work to insure my 2 dogs can't dig under and they gladly did it for me. I gave the workers a good tip for a job well done. I'll have them back in a couple of months to stain the wood for me.
Overall, I couldn't be happier and can HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
