When Jill was cleaning...it was great. When she was no longer available it was awful. The new crew didn't vacuum and interrupted my lunch so I could clean the tub. They wanted out fast, so tried to do it in half the time and did substandard cleaning. I have a floor with grooves, so if it is not vacuumed the dirt sits in the grooves...sweeping does nothing but push dust in grooves. They didn't even shake the rugs. I hired my neighbour's cleaners to redo the cleaning and it is night and day.
