Explained in detail the different grade windows and price. At no time did he push the higher priced but left the decision entirely to us. Was very pleased with his knowledge and how he represented his company. We set up installation and was very excited about getting our new windows.Installers arrived at 930 AM. They started working and I can honestly say I have never seen such team work. 3 men on team and they worked like a well oiled machine. Completed installing 16 windows and large picture window by 2:30. Cleaned up everything in yard. All they left was beautiful windows and a great feeling of working with a great company.
