Outstanding service and products. Representative Brad came to our home to give us information on their products, Arrived on time well prepared to give all details of our options. Explained in detail the different grade windows and price. At no time did he push the higher priced but left the decision entirely to us. Was very pleased with his knowledge and how he represented his company. We set up installation and was very excited about getting our new windows.Installers arrived at 930 AM. This is one great company. They have now done two jobs for us. They enclosed our screen porch and most recently replaced all the windows in our house. They take great care in their work. They clean up after each day and store their equipment neatly and out of the way. If there is any problem with the materials or installation they take care of it right away. You can't beat the payment terms either. They ask for a reasonable down payment with the balance due after everything is completed. I have been around a long time and I can say that this is one of the best companies I've ever done business with. Nice people and quality work. I highly recommend Carolina Home Exteriors.

Top Quality! Was really worried that my replacement window project would be a big mess. But the installers were very clean and kept things covered with plastic the whole time. The windows look great and make the whole outside of the house look newer. Would highly recommend Carolina replacement windows for your project!
