Ian who works here is absolutely incredible. I got a new phone from AT&T. They COULD NOT make it work and said I would have to do a warranty claim and it would be a nightmare. They told me to come over here first. I brought the new phone and the old phone. Ian made it work (I still have no idea why AT&T nor myself could do it but Ian CLEARLY knows what he is doing). I was in tears before this experience (not phone related - just life related). Ian made me feel comfortable, he was efficient, was personable, and I did pay for his time. If you are having any problems and your cell provider cannot help you GO HERE. I’m a customer for life. Thank you Ian ??

My wife and I went here. She had a lap top issue and I had a software problem with my “smart” Celestron CPC800 Telescope. One guy Adam helped my wife, and Ian helped me with my telescope. I carried in the rather large complex telescope and plopped it on the counter. Ian went into super nerd mode ( which I loved ). His eyes widened and he said “cool, this will be exciting”. And it was. He FIXED IT! He dove in like kid in a candy store. He was smart and enthusiastic. Thanks so much guys.
