Shear Enchantment is a magical hair salon in New Bern, NC. Jenna is so wonderful to work with, super talented and so caring. She makes wiry, grey hair look fabulous, and the new shop is as colorful as she is. Jenna knows what to do for everybody, with all ages in the salon. She fixed coloring from another stylist, making it look amazing, showing professionalism, honesty, and passion. She is absolutely amazing with curly hair, working well with children and giving advice. Jenna is an excellent stylist who listens and suggests ideas. She knows her stuff.
If you’re looking for a salon that not only makes you feel like family but makes your makeover dreams come true, this is your salon. Jenna is knowledgeable and thorough. This is the best my hair has looked in years
When I went looking for a hairdresser who could make my wiry, grey hair look fabulous, I found Jenna. I am so happy for her in her new shop, which is as colorful as she is! I have seen all ages in the salon and she knows what to do for everybody!
I recently had my hair high lighted by another stylist, I was not happy with the outcome. So, I went Jenna (after hearing highly compliments on her abilities), I had her fix the coloring through out my hair. It looked amazing!! I was overly pleased by her professionalism, honesty and passion she showed in her work. Thank you so much Jenna. Definitely won't be my visit!
