Shear Enchantment is a magical hair salon in New Bern, NC. Jenna is so wonderful to work with, super talented and so caring. She makes wiry, grey hair look fabulous, and the new shop is as colorful as she is. Jenna knows what to do for everybody, with all ages in the salon. She fixed coloring from another stylist, making it look amazing, showing professionalism, honesty, and passion. She is absolutely amazing with curly hair, working well with children and giving advice. Jenna is an excellent stylist who listens and suggests ideas. She knows her stuff.
Absolutely amazing experience! My stylist did a fantastic job on my haircut, and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out! She was professional, talented, attentive, and really took the time to make sure my hair was exactly what I wanted.
