Candy was amazing. I called her frantic because my husband would be arriving in New Bern the following day. We had sold our house in NY and needed to find a home asap. She was on the ball! She had lined up 5 properties by the time he arrived, with more for the next day. The second house he saw was the house!!
Our mortgage broker (which we had chosen before finding a home) was a complete idiot. Candy kept me calm and was always optimistic while we navigated figuring out what the dim wit actually wanted as far as paperwork, even getting on the phone with him and explaining to him how a real estate transaction worked.
