It was an absolute pleasure working with Donna & Team New Bern. We especially want to thank Mary Silver, Gina Ray, Richard Leissner, and those who supported their efforts. From the initial meeting through closing, the process was efficient, professional, and seamless. The sale of my Dad's home came on the heels of a very difficult time for our family. Mary, Gina and Richard could not have been kinder and more respectful of our circumstances. We express our sincere gratitude for an excellent job by all and highly recommend Donna & Team New Bern.
Meredith and the entire team at Donna and team are absolute rockstars.Meredith was an absolute pleasure to work with. She met us personally at our house in which we were putting on the market along with Russel aka our bestie (still waiting on that wedding gift Russ! It’s been ten years! Get on with it already!), and Amanda. The three of them walked us through the entire buying AND selling process right at our own kitchen table. Our one year old son even climbed up in Meredith’s lap… she didn’t even bat an eye… she posted him up on her knee and continued on with business. I can’t say enough about how terrific Libby was throughout the entire process. She was on top of things the entire time, she kept us informed with what needed to be done at each step and how it was all progressing. She was very responsive to all of our questions and requests in a timely manner and she proved herself to be very knowledgeable and well connected. We put a lot of trust in her by relying on her to be our eyes when we could only view the property with FaceTime. We don’t regret any of it.
