The best cranial sacral therapy I've had in years. Lynn is highly attuned, skilled and compassionate. She balanced all the areas of my body having issues leaving me absolutely calm, peaceful and restored. I highly recommend her and plan to continue as part of my personal wellness support!
Amazing experience! We made a day drip to New Bern just to see Lynn. Made it a group trip. Lynn spent time getting to know each of our needs. Never felt rushed from one session to next. Lynn was excellent at explaining what cranialsacral therapy is. Lynn is very gifted, and present throughout the session. The affect for me was definitely noticeable. And it was noticeable for days after. We traveled a few hours to get there and I will do it again for sure. I struggle with spine and autoimmune issues. I just love Lynn. She really listens and is compassionate. She has a vast knowledge of the human anatomy and can solve your pain issues. She doesn’t rush through any of the steps.Hands down the best.
