I have been going to Debbie for years and she always cuts my hair exactly how I love it.. I have a lot of health problems and she is so understanding & kind to me if & when I have to cancel. Nell's is now under new ownership - and it is just a great place to get your hair done - especially by Tammy the owner. I am a NY transplant, been here 4 years and I love it.. Tammy gave me the elegant cut I was looking for. The salon has been beautifully renovated, and makes you feel welcome. I would recommend Nell's without hesitation to friends and family!
