Owner had a very professional and friendly reply. However, staff over the telephone were as nice as the Craven County Building and Zoning Department. Understandably, a new build has many components and with the fluctuation of supply and demands of building materials prices can/will vary. Still searching for a ideal lot. I hope to visit your company in the future.
