This is a lovely salon and senior stylist, Liana, is very nice, accommodating and is nursing my hair back to health after a tumultuous summer. The prices are reasonable for the quality of hair services and every color appointment includes a trim and styling which is a major bonus. The initial online color consult is comprehensive, Jen is so helpful with scheduling and continues to provide cheerful service at every visit. After moving to New Bern from a major metro, I was concerned I would not be able to find this quality of salon and was so pleased to find this Aveda salon. Highly recommend.

Paige did a phenomenal job! I didn't even realize that she is new to the salon. She’s a natural pro and asked me questions to get an understanding of what I wanted. Making me feel very comfortable. We have a great plan for my next appointment and I’m so excited! Thank you Paige!!

This was my first visit to Magnolia Jane and I'm absolutely thrilled with my new and improved hair color! Ceci listened to what I was trying to achieve with my salon visit and took the time to explain the steps she would recommend to arrive at that result. She was very thorough, professional and friendly. I also appreciate the excellent communication via texts regarding cancellations and appointments!
