J&J Mechanical installed the heat pump system on our new home. They did a great job and everything works very well. Their technicians have always been courteous and helpful when they come out for our semiannual check. The folks they have answering the phones are amazing as well. Would highly recommend these folks

Outstanding service from both technicians who came to troubleshoot and maintain our HVAC between last night and today.
The gentleman who came last night, apologies on the name, was quick and effective at explaining the problem and ensuring the house was taken care of prior to leaving while providing a reasonable timeline to the corrective actions still remaining.
Alyssa installed the second actuator for our HVAC this afternoon and fully op checked the system prior to leaving while also educating on appropriate filters to use and why. Super friendly, well spoken, and appreciate the time she took to explain.
Our AC went out and with a phone call they were able to send Alyssa our way and she was able to get us back cooling in a short time!!!! Alyssa is amazing and J&J Mechanical ROCKS!!!!
