They COULD NOT make it work and said I would have to do a warranty claim and it would be a nightmare. They told me to come over here first. I brought the new phone and the old phone. Ian made it work (I still have no idea why AT&T nor myself could do it but Ian CLEARLY knows what he is doing). I was in tears before this experience (not phone related - just life related). Ian made me feel comfortable, he was efficient, was personable, and I did pay for his time. If you are having any problems and your cell provider cannot help you GO HERE. I’m a customer for life.
