Have been to Guided Hands several times. It’s the best place around to get a massage. Janell does a wonderful job and I always feel brand new again after seeing her. I recently started getting the 90 minute hot stone massage, and it is so relaxing! I highly recommend this place :)
My session with Janell was fabulous. She went after some peskie knots with just the right amount of pressure AND she showed me how to use a tennis ball to alleviate tension in between sessions. Loved it!
Katherine Haleen is an angel. I'm in New Bern on vacation, visiting friends. I wanted to do something nice for myself (treat yo self!) and needed help for pain relief and stiffness from fibro and a bunch of other chronic health issues. I got an integrated massage. Katherine took my history, went over her plan of action and talked to me pretty extensively about pressure etc, to make sure I was comfortable. Even though my body is like a minefield of triggerpoints, she navigated it expertly. She used cupping and hot stones in certain places to achieve better results.
