I can’t say enough great things about Craven Animal Hospital. When my service dog Ranger started having stomach issues, their team went above and beyond to make sure he was taken care of quickly and compassionately.
A special thank-you to Clinton and the entire staff for being so kind, patient, and attentive during a stressful time. this was a Saturday and Clinton was so patient and walked me through my options.
The on-call doctor was incredibly responsive and thorough, taking the time to explain everything and make sure Ranger was comfortable and on the right path to feeling better.

My dogs receive the best care here! We have seen most of the Veterinarians working in the office and they have all been patient, knowledgeable and caring, along with the vet techs and front desk staff. My dog who was labeled as aggressive at his previous vet, has shown no aggression at any of his visits to Craven Animal Hospital.
I want to extend my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Bobbi and CJ from Craven Animal Hospital for their incredible support during Pumba’s (our Pooh Bear) final moments. Their compassion and gentle care provided us with much-needed comfort. Dr. Bobbi and CJ went above and beyond by allowing our other dog, Daisy, to say goodbye and gain closure by spending time with Pumba after she passed. This thoughtful gesture made a profound difference for both us and Daisy during this difficult time. We are deeply grateful for their kindness and understanding.
