Highly recommend. Great staff and great facility. They have the capability to do a lot of stuff since they're certified AAHA. Rates are definitely competitive and much cheaper than other places we've lived. We will forever be grateful for Dr. Mel and the team who helped us for what turned out to be the last two years with our beloved dog (bone cancer). Great vets are very hard to find and Dr. Mel is wonderful.

We've had to put our 2 senior dogs down in the last 4 weeks. Craven Animal Hospital was very caring and respectful. We felt that they put our dogs first and were very professional with loads of empathy. They are busy and have lots of patients but every time they try to get us worked in to the best of their ability. The whole staff is amazing! And a special thank you to the male vet tech that has lots of tattoos - wears a ponytail- he even helped my husband clean the truck some when our dog had an accident on the way there. I really appreciate Craven Animal Hospital!

Dr. Levi and the staff at CAH did a great job treating Lily and helping us manage the short time we had left with her. They were sensitive to our desires and needs. A couple of thoughts for pet owners, 1, if you do not hear back from your health care person when expected, be proactive and give them a call. Things can slip unnoticed in a busy practice. 2, if your pet is pawing for attention and the usual responses don't work (treat, toilet, walk, etc.), do not be frustrated, trust your pet. They may be telling you that they are experiencing a health problem that they do not understand and one that is not obvious to you. They are counting on you to seek out the medical help that they need.
