Cotten Funeral Home, and especially Walter, provided absolutely everything we asked them to do for my husband's funeral. Walter was caring enough to listen to our wishes, make suggestions, provide guidance, contact appropriate organizations, work with music to ensure the service went as we wished and was available to me through the entire process. Cotten Funeral Home was outstanding!!!!

I was very happy with the way things went with my mom. Anastasia did a fantastic job. She kept me informed and was so polite the entire time. I would definitely say this place is worth it.

My father is from New Bern, though he has been living in Arizona for the past 12 years since my mother passed away. He was recently put on Hospice so we decided to make arrangements for his final wishes and burial in advance. He already has a burial plot next to my mom in a family burial plot in Bridgeton so we reached out to Cotten Funeral Home to arrange for them to receive his body and work with us on a graveside service there. Crystal was amazing to work with. We knew it would be more complicated working with a local funeral home in AZ and with another one to receive and take care of the burial in New Bern.
